It’s funny how things change. A decade ago, conferences and events were about fresh ideas, top speakers and anything else you could pick up.

Now you can download anything anywhere anytime. I get that.

But again and again, I hear pastors talk about the need to connect with peers they trust, coaches and mentors they can learn from and friendships that run deeper than mere denominational or geographic lines.

That’s why I’m so excited about RETHINK LEADERSHIP 2019, a premier event, concurrent with the Orange Conference, that brings Senior Leaders from across the globe together for three exceptional days. At RL19, you’ll hear all new TED-style talks and interviews from world-class leaders and thinkers in an experience tailor-made for Lead Pastors, Executive Pastors and Campus Pastors.

But even more than content, you’ll get access and connection. It’s a small event. You get to talk to many of the leaders who usually hang out in the green room and the breakout stream is designed to answer YOUR questions. Plus—we seat you around tables so you can forge new friendships with leaders of rapidly growing churches who are trying to do what you do.

I hope to see you in ATLANTA on MAY 1-3 for content, conversations and community unlike any other leadership event in the country. You’ll go home with more than ideas. You’ll go home with a fresh network working together to solve the biggest challenges facing your church and the Church.
